What a pilot involves.

So you can tell, before a call, whether this fits your store. ProxyPay is pre-launch. There is no production service, no customer list and no performance claim on this site.

The steps

What a pilot involves, step by step
StepWhat happensWhat your store bringsWho at the store is involved
InquiryYou tell us about your stores through the pilot application, or write directly to sales.Your name, company, number of locations, and a short description of what you already have for a vault and an exchange or off-ramp account. An owner, operator, or someone from finance or engineering — whoever can describe today’s set-up.
Qualification callWe ask about your vault and key arrangements, your exchange account, your point-of-sale system, and who owns reconciliation, and tell you plainly whether a pilot fits.Whoever answered the inquiry, ready to describe the vault, exchange account and point-of-sale system in more detail. The same person as the inquiry, plus whoever owns the vault or exchange relationship if that is someone else.
DemoWe walk through how a sale, a refund and a close-out look on the register and operations surfaces, including the states the cashier sees.Nothing required. Bringing whoever runs your point-of-sale system today makes it more useful. The person who will actually run the register day to day, plus whoever will own reconciliation.
Pilot agreementPilot terms are agreed for the stores taking part.Authority to sign, or access to whoever holds it.An owner or operator with signing authority.
Treasury ceremonyYour store sets up its own multi-approval treasury wallet, with hardware keys held by people you name. ProxyPay holds no key, no seat and no recovery share. Key possession checks, seat replacement drills and exception walkthroughs run with your own named people before any real payment. The hardware keys, and at least three distinct named people able to hold an approval seat.Everyone who will hold an approval seat, plus whoever will own replacing a lost key.
First paymentYour store takes its first stablecoin payment at the register, and walks through what the close-out and refund proposal flow looks like in practice.A staffed register and the exceptions playbook from the demo. The cashier on duty, plus whoever owns reconciliation.
Weekly useOngoing register use, with reconciliation, refund and close-out proposals continuing week to week.A named reconciliation owner keeping up with the close-out summary.Cashiers day to day; the reconciliation owner and approval seat holders as issues come up.
