Terms of use.

What follows applies to this website only. It is a pilot-stage draft that counsel has not reviewed, and a pilot is governed by its own signed agreement.

Who we are: ProxyPay, LLC ("ProxyPay", "we"). Contact: legal@proxypay.app.
What this site is: Information about software under development. Nothing here is an offer of a payment service, an account, credit, investment or financial advice, and nothing here creates an obligation on us to provide anything.
No service is provided here: This site does not move money, hold funds, hold keys, or give access to any ProxyPay system. ProxyPay software does not hold, receive or transmit funds.
Forward-looking statements: Descriptions of features, availability and timing describe work in progress and may change or be abandoned. Where something does not exist yet, we say so; treat everything else as subject to change.
Acceptable use of the site: No unauthorised access, no disruption, no collection heavy enough to slow the site down for other readers, and nothing unlawful. Security testing is welcome under responsible disclosure.
Submissions: If you send us a pilot application or an email, you are telling us we may use it to evaluate and contact you. Do not send credentials, keys, seed phrases, one-time codes or anyone else’s personal information.
Intellectual property: The site, its text, its design system and its brand assets belong to ProxyPay, LLC. The open payment request specification and its conformance corpus are published under their own terms, which travel with them.
Third-party names: Names of networks, vendors and providers are used to describe interoperability. They do not indicate an endorsement or a completed agreement.
Warranties and liability: ProxyPay offers this website in the state it is in, with no warranty of any kind so far as the law permits. So far as the law permits, ProxyPay carries no liability for indirect or consequential loss that reading or using this site causes you.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. A pilot agreement may specify otherwise, and it governs where the two differ.
Changes: These terms are revised from time to time. The date at the top moves when they are.
