This form submits to ProxyPay's own intake service, on this site's own connection — no third-party request. If it fails, or if you would rather not use a form, write to sales@proxypay.app — that reaches the same people.

Before you apply

A pilot needs a multi-approval vault you control, at least three people holding approval seats, your own exchange or off-ramp account, and a business that is lawful where it operates.
